omg Jameson what makes you think it is a good idea to sleep like this?
I’m trying to envision some sort of scenario in which this makes sense. like, was he halfway in the tunnel & then he realized he was too exhausted to get all the way in? was his leg sore? did he suddenly black out while getting in? did he forget what he was doing & just decide to fall asleep?
I freaked out a little bit when I saw him because I thought he had had a heart attack & died like that, but then I realized, no, he was just sleeping.
aaaah I have so many messages & I’ll try to get to them all tomorrow, but I have to work all day, so I dunno what time it’ll be. but thank you for all of the birthday wishes!!!
I had a nice day in Atlanta, I went to a few thrift stores & got some shirts, & I got an entertainment center at IKEA (getting it out of my car by myself is not going to be fun). I had a little time to kill & went to a Petsmart on the outskirts of town on my way in. I figured I’d be okay looking at the rats since they normally have females, but nope, they had boys. And of course there were two Wyatt clones. Fully-grown, which made me feel horribly sorry for them, because they had to be 6-7 months old & they’ve never had a home. One of them played with me through the glass & he kept watching me when I left & GAH I felt so sorry for them. I actually intended to go back & get them on the way home, my current limit of rats be damned, but I ended up hanging out with a friend for most of the night & she didn’t want me to get them, so she stalled me until after Petsmart had closed. :P
and she took me out to eat with her boyfriend & I’m pretty sure he hates my guts, but he tries to be polite, so that is nice. I miss hanging out with boys. I wish he liked me, I just want to pet his hair & touch his arms & stuff (I suspect that is why he dislikes me). and they paid for my meal & it was yummy. the nice waiter overheard us talking & gave me a free cheesecake. & I fell madly in love with a waitress & we somehow managed to find her on Facebook (without knowing her name!) & we judged from her profile/publicly available information that she is actually kind of an idiot. but I still wish I could call up the restaurant & tell her she was beautiful & apologize for staring incessantly.
and wow this was rambly. here is a photo of Bentley, but only because I deleted the cell phone photos I took of the two Petsmart rats. (let us all hope I do not go back & get them Thursday afternoon when I get off work.)
I ALMOST FORGOT TO TAKE A PHOTO TODAY!!!
this is the one year anniversary of the week that was the greatest vacation of my life (probably anyone’s life). It’s also the last time I had sex & the last time someone cared about me & and the last time I had legitimately delicious food & the last time I went to a beach.
this milestone necessitated that I spent 20 of the last 48 minutes bawling my eyes out because WAH WAH EVERYTHING IS SO MUCH WORSE THAN IT WAS LAST YEAR.
but then I realized I needed to chill out & get over it, because yeah, things are a lot worse for me than they were one year ago, but you know what? they’re better than they were 358 days ago. and maybe in another year they’ll be better again, or maybe they won’t be, but that’s life. sometimes you’re up & sometimes you’re down, but sitting around feeling sorry for myself does not help anything whatsoever.
and I am going to go to bed now, but I am going to wake up & have a good day even though I’m not going to get a hug or a kiss or anything else I really want, because you can’t always get what you want, but that’s no reason to have a crappy day.
AAAH the mice are so cute I have trouble not just squishing them up.
I also have trouble not owning 234234234 mice, because they’re so cheap & easy to care for that it is like WHY DO I ONLY HAVE FOUR.

I kept hearing noises in my room all day, but I figured there was a dying roach behind a poster or something (dying bugs tend to find their way inside my house a lot every time the landlord sprays poison outside).
Later, I was browsing Tumblr & a sunflower seed fell out of the ceiling & onto my laptop. This confused me until I realized it was a moth that greatly resembled a sunflower seed.
He did not seem to be dying, though his flying was a bit erratic. I captured him with the ease of the professional bug catcher that I am turning into & I let him outside & wished him well in his life.
Stay away from poison, pretty moth!
Sometimes, I wonder why people follow me, because come on, I blog about rats. Not even particularly attractive rats. And I’m not hot & I’m not funny & I have a tendency to ramble & my life is pretty boring & I care way too much & I’m kind of addicted to masturbation.
But whatever the reason that you follow me, I am glad that you do, especially if we talk, because I love everybody that I talk to & you are all fantastic & you remind me that there are reasons to care & that no one is ever alone.
AND I’M JUST REALLY SLEEPY AND I WANT TO HUG YOU ALL, OKAY? but I lack the ability to be in that many places at once & maybe some of you don’t like hugs & maybe some of you just accidentally hit the follow button on a drunken Tumblr session & you’re reading this & like “who the hell is this person & why won’t they shut up?”, so instead of hugging you, I will shut up now &supply you with a Bentley photo.
bummer of the week: once again saw Blaze’s lovely girlrat Emilie, once again did not ratnap her.
